Four films from Malayalam have been selected in the Indian competition category of the 14 th Bangalore International Film Festival organized by the Karnataka Film Academy.The selected films are Jithin Raj’s ‘Pallotty 90’s Kids’ which will be presented by Lijo Jose Pellissery, ‘Janaganamana’ directed by Djo Jose Anthony, Tarun Murthy’s ‘Saudi Vellakka’ and Vijeesh Mani’s ‘Adivasi’.
Pallotty 90’s Kids stands exceptional among other films in the list as ‘Pallotty 90’s Kids’ directed by newcomer Jitin Raj is being selected for the festival when it is about to hit the theatres. Produced by Sajid Yahiya under the banner of Cinema Pranthan Productions, Lijo Jose Pellissery is bringing Pallotty to theatres.
It is going to be sweeter as more treats are on the way. Apart from this recognition ‘Pallotty 90’s Kids’, which will be presented by supremely talented director LJP, who has proven his mettle through his films. The expectations are high as it is for the first time Lijo Jose Pellissery is presenting another movie.
