The first trailer for The Croods: A New Age, the follow-up to DreamWorks Animation’s 2013 animated adventure comedy, has dropped.

Nicholas Cage, Emma Stone, Ryan Reynolds, Cloris Leachman, Catherine Keener and Clark Duke have all returned to voice their Croods characters for the sequel, with Peter Dinklage, Leslie Mann and Kelly Marie Tran joining the cast as the Bettermans, a family whose idyllic residence has caught the eye of the first prehistoric family.

After surviving disasters and beasts in the fictional prehistoric “Croodaceous” era, the Croods find themselves in need of a new place to live. “Dad always says the pack stays together,” Stone’s Eep Crood says as the family flies through the air on the back of their saber-tooth-esque cat predator. “Now, we’re searching for a perfect place to call home.”

“The only way to survive is if the pack stays together,” Cage’s Grug says.

The Croods sequel was initially announced back in 2013 after the DreamWorks film grossed more than $580 million worldwide, garnered Oscar and Golden Globe nominations. Production on the film was then halted in 2016 after layoffs following Universal’s acquisition of DreamWorks. In 2017, the animation studio announced that the film was back on.

Produced by Mark Swift, and written by Dan and Kevin Hageman, The Croods: A New Age is Joel Crawford’s feature film directorial debut and is set to hit theaters on Nov. 25.
