Aditya Chopra will reveal ‘Tiger Ka Message,’ a video that is a precursor to Tiger 3’s trailer, on YRF’s Foundation Day, the birth anniversary of legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra. Tiger Ka Message is expected to provide viewers with a glimpse into the world of Maneesh Sharma’s Tiger 3, eventually leading to the release of the trailer for this action-packed thriller. The YRF Spy Universe began in 2012 with Ek Tha Tiger, and has since expanded to include Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), and Pathaan (2023), with Aditya Chopra devoting all of his energies to building India’s largest universe brick by brick.
According to the source, Aditya Chopra’s belief that he could incorporate two more larger-than-life spy agents, Kabir aka Hrithik Roshan in War and Pathaan aka Shah Rukh Khan, into his ambitious plans was cemented by the huge success of Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai.
Following Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, and War, Aditya Chopra officially revealed the YRF Spy Universe and unveiled the franchise logo in Pathaan. Pathaan, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in a larger-than-life action sequence celebrating the aura of these two cinematic icons, was also a catalyst for character crossover. The Spy Universe has a perfect track record of blockbuster success.
YRF plans to link every spy film in the post-Pathaan world. Tiger 3 is directed by Maneesh Sharma and will be released in theatres on Diwali.
