In a recent interview, Mridul revealed that Vinayakan told him that he had turned down offers for films such as KGF 2, RRR, and Ponniyin Selvan 2. “When I asked him why he turned down such big projects, Vinayakan said he was satisfied with the projects that he had on hand,” Mridul told Media One Live. The director also stated that Vinayakan lives in a unique manner and will not change his ways even if it means the end of the world.
When asked about his interactions with Vinayakan on Kasargold, Asif described Vinayakan as someone who does not flaunt himself while working. He went on to say that people frequently misunderstand Vinayakan’s candour and genuine reactions, which have landed him in hot water in the past.
